One Fit Mama™ is a fitness company centered around mothers and their babies. Exercise with your baby while interacting and networking with other moms. We offer great Stroller-based cardiovascular and strength training workouts for all fitness levels. We also offer Prenatal and Mom and Baby Yoga Classes, Infant and Child CPR Training, social events, as well as informational seminars with various area experts on post-natal and child-related issues. About The Owner

One Fit Mama™ was created in June 2005, by Patricia Streit Perez. After the birth of her son, Caleb, in February 2005, she found it difficult to resume her normal exercise routine. |
